I am a recently graduated finance student at Texas Tech University, with a BBA and a focus on finance, wealth management, data analytics, banking, real estate, supply chain management, and information systems. I am passionate about the power of databases and analysis tools, such as Excel and Access, to solve complex business problems. I am graduated a semester early with a 3.5+ GPA (cum laude), with multiple academic honors and recognitions. I have earned a Microsoft Excel certification and have passed my Texas Life and Health Insurance license test. In addition to my academic pursuits, I have also gained valuable work experience and skills through various projects and roles. I am in the process of getting my Texas Insurance and FINRA licenses with Lemnis Capital as my sponsors. In school I have worked on multiple team projects, such as a semester-long statistical report on vehicle safety, where I led the presentation and received positive feedback from my peers and instructors. I have been an instructor for both Tae Kwon Do and Jiu Jitsu at Katy Tae Kwon Do, where I have over 14 years of martial arts training. Teaching martial arts has taught me how to communicate effectively, motivate others, and manage conflicts. My goal is to leverage my diverse skills and interests to become a valued member of the finance industry, where I can apply my analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to make a positive impact.
