I was an analyst on the Registration team within the Application Management Services (AMS) division of Cerner. This position required a wide range of critical thinking and technical skills. I communicated daily with customers to answer questions and ensure Cerner's Registration software was performing optimally. My expertise was in writing visual basic code so a hospital could customize its Registration software.Prior to working in AMS, I was an analyst at the Upgrade Center. While there, I provided hands-on testing and troubleshooting of front end users expectations of the application's functions. This work included running up-time steps as well as defect and regression testing scripts of clients’ domains during the upgrade process.

My activities included preparing sales receipts, completing work orders, managing database inventory of property, and maintaining a website.
