I managed the renovation of a 52 unit B level apartment complex in Napa California. The renovation was extensive and included exterior landscaping, roof repair, exterior repainting, interior painting of each unit, new appliances in each unit, installation of wall in the kitchen, all new cabinetry, installation of tile flooring in bathrooms and kitchen, granite countertops, new kitchen lighting and new bathroom fixtures.
