I am a Project Manager and Analyst with over a decade of experience working on IT-related projects. I have worked on projects for large military healthcare facilities, research labs, state parks, and supporting wounded warriors. I execute projects by building a team of experts to tackle known and unknown challenges to exceed stakeholder expectations.Currently I work as a Customer Advisor supporting Rapid7's managed services. I work with customers ensure they have the best asset and security data coverage, prioritize security threats, build and improve their security programs, and move forward securely.In order to achieve those goals, I use a combination of my technical and educational background. Having worked as Tier 1 Help Desk Support, Technical Lead, and VOIP Engineer, I carry my technical background with me and challenge myself to always be learning about new technologies and best practices. My teams appreciate they can have a technical discussion with me about requirements or challenges so that I can communicate effectively with other teams and stakeholders. My educational background is also invaluable as my Berkeley degree in Political Science was focused on statistics and game theory gives me the tools and techniques to analyze data to make the best decisions for the project as well as give customers accurate and correctly interpreted data for their decisions.My overall goal is to provide my teams and customers with a positive work environment, forward looking leadership, and deliverables that exceed expectations.
