https://github.com/benjamindraper1996I was a sergeant within the Air Training Corp where, for five years, I learnt to communicate effectively and work well in a team of people. During this time, I have also learnt to lead and train people in a variety of situations. Since leaving cadets I have also developed a strong interest and extensive knowledge in IT by working within the industry for over 6 years. I have had experience of working in the warehouse, retail areas and more recently an office environment, where I carried out many different roles and have learned a lot to do with enterprise grade IT equipment. I have also been learning a lot at home as I have built my own Custom Gaming PC with some of the best hardware available. Because of this I have done a lot of IT work for friends and family, I have helped build and repair their own PC’s as well as recommending upgrades and general maintenance.Recently I have begun to broaden my skills by undertaking a leadership and management skills along with a full stack development course to teach me how to code with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and will be planning to learn more and develop some projects of my own using these skills after completing the course.
