With specific needs for each of our care homes and 3 educational facilities my job is planning and completing capital improvement projects for existing and new construction facilities within our portfolio. With 95 homes and growing we manage projects ranging from $15k to $3.5 million dollars, each project brings a specific level of commitment, coordination and execution with the needs of each individual in mind.

Management of on-site procedures, staffing, equipment allocation, subcontractors for private, municipal and government civil construction projects. Project value ranging from $50k to $2.5 million.
