As Head of Social Media & Community and a member of the executive team at naoo, I am responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing the company’s social media strategies and activities. Additionally, I am involved in the implementation and analysis of new features on the naoo app and responsible for managing and addressing the needs of the naoo community. My goal is to increase the reach, engagement, and conversion of the naoo app as well as our external social media channels. Furthermore, together with my team, I aim to develop a social media app with unique features and exceptional experiences. Last but not least, together with the naoo community, I want to build a community in the social media world that can really make a difference. Background: I studied Applied Psychology and Business Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW). I have a passion for business, marketing, psychology, and social media. I`m excited to be part of naoo, an innovative and dynamic company that has set high goals and could make a significant impact in the world.Social media is unavoidably a part of our everyday lives. Often, the negative aspects of social media are highlighted. Personally, I believe that we do not fully exploit the potential of social media as we should, and that social media could be used to have a bigger impact in the world.
