Twenty two years in an operations setting, I am looking to use my gained skills and experience in a new exciting field. I have always liked helping all kinds of people with any issue they may have. If i do not have the answer, I welcome the opportunity and challenge to find the answer. I am always looking to learn more and learn new skills. Collected data, evidence and led investigations. Conducted fact finding interviews.2020-2021 Promoted to Part Time Feeder Dispatch Supervisor. Inbound, outbound UPS and Contractor semi trucks. Maintain and manage truck departure report. Making decisions based of of time and volume if more loads were needed to finish shift. Dispatch all loads for my area of responsibility, to make sure right loads go with correct driver. Worked with management and drivers on trouble shooting issues. 2018 to 2020 Promoted to Part Time Human Resources Interviewer/Generalist. Giving tours of facility to potential candidates. Interview and hiring candidates for entry level positions. Working with operations to retain employees. Assist in resolving employee concerns and job related concerns. Attending Job Fairs for Recruiting. 2015 to 2018 Promoted to Part time Preload Dispatch Supervisor (PDS). Assist Full time PDS on various daily tasks. Research new addresses and plot them on a map. Print maps for PDS to use in order to dispatch new addresses. Troubleshoot and send in for service driver's equipment. Print and prepare daily reports for PDS and center manager. Work with operation supervisors on managing volume into package cars. 2013 to 2015 Promoted to Part time Preload supervisor. Managed five to ten employees on a daily basis. Positively motivated employees to meet operational production standards. Train new employees by instruction and demonstration. Teaching new employees about the culture, and the importance of working safely. 2001 to 2013 Sort packages to designated area by using proper safe methods. Serving as a Safety Committee member since 2004. Training new hires to work safe by instruction, and demonstration. Planned activities and events to aid in employee retention as a member of CERC.
