Manage the day-to-day operations of; The K12 International Academy, The George Washington University Online High School, and Direct Consumer Sales. Oversee the Admissions Department, Registration, Retention, and Customer Service teams across all K12 Inc. Private Schools. Develop, recommend, plan and administer admission and registration policies and procedures, related systems support and regulatory compliance• Actively manages the admissions, enrollment and service processes and teams from the point-of-sale, enrollment, on-boarding, and re-enrollment programs focused on maximizing retention. • Works with members of the administration and faculty to organize, prioritize and execute specific retention efforts at the key grade levels; Consults with Academic offices to ensure an excellent student experience. • Collaborates with staff, faculty, and administrators to research and resolve student issues relating to admission, registration, course adds/drops, refunds, student withdrawals. Presents admission and registration information to a variety of audiences. • Collects and analyzes a variety of complex data and information regarding admissions, registration, online processes, telephone help line and other direct services. Summarizes findings in applicable reports or other communication mediums. • Researches and diagnoses issues from a “systems” perspective and designs strategies to resolve admissions and registrar system and procedural problems. Coordinates system related efforts with the Technology Solutions Services department. • Develops plans, goals, and recommendations for online admission and registration products; Coordinates the testing of admission and registration upgrades. • Participates in and contribute to Private School program / course training for sales, marketing, administrators, teachers and staff; Provides accurate program and product knowledge updates, and continual customer feedback contributing to improved business outcomes

· Effectively communicates the Private School Program to enrolling students and their families, primarily through phone, personal interviews, and virtual Admissions Conferences;· Main focus of overseeing and quality checking enrollments with an emphasis on developing and tracking retention procedures and policies; · Actively manages the admissions and enrollment process from the point of sale through enrollment and on-boarding; Serves as a member of the admissions committee;· Serves as a point-of-contact for families regarding all enrollment and admissions questions; Proactively identifies potential barriers within the student enrollment process and initiates steps resulting in resolution;· Follows-up and processes student re-enrollments for the International Academy; Works collaboratively with academic staff to confirm and adhere to new course selections;· Works collaboratively with enrollment, academics, and the registrar in an effort to support families from enrollment through matriculation;· Participates in and contribute to Private School performance improvements: course training for sales, marketing, administrators, teachers and staff.
