Coordinating Emergency Response Plan content, roles, and training across all Vista operations worldwide.

Chief tasks include co-managing fleet expansion within the XO/VistaJet family, and working to transfer operations to our new location in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I also revise and standardize operations policies and procedures by working with our Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, and Publications Manger to issue operational communications and directives. I have recently participated in interview panels for Director-level positions, and am taking an active role in shaping company culture during our Operations Center relocation.I am also actively developing and teaching an Aviation Basics course to XO employees, with the goal of deepening our workforce's knowledge and passion for the aviation industry.
