Develop and implement changes to processes and procedures to improve processes. Identify new suppliers for outside services and lead the qualification for ASL Complete contract review for incoming purchase orders. Review PO, part drawing, specifications, and flow downs to determine requirements.Identify suppliers and obtain quotes for outside services required. Design manufacturing routings from detailed and complex print specifications. Utilize ERP software system to create routings and bills of material. Partner with the manufacturing group to optimize the equipment and special process vendors to meet customer requirements. Updates Quotes for repeat orders for products and/or designs from customers to grow business strategically.Work with the manufacturing area to define production routings, refine routing updates discovered during manufacturing or revise for quality or manufacturability improvements. Investigate and implement process improvements for manufacturing processes. Assists with root cause analysis, corrective action, and internal audits

• Oversee quality activities related to remote-site manufacturing, assembly, and testing, toensure conformance to project quality requirements within the Nuclear BU. This includes allremote site FAT, SAT, and construction related QA/QC activities associated with contract specific QA plans.• Coordinates site QA/QC related activities for all ACOE CQCM contracts for the Nuclear BU.• Chair lessons learned meetings for major projects after completion. Verify assigned actions are completed and documented.• Coordinate all field QA/QC activities for Nuclear BU projects from conception to completion.• Completes commercial surveys of commercial suppliers that are utilized by the Nuclear BU as directed by quality management.• Completes Surveillance of commercial suppliers performing work on Nuclear BU components and services as directed by quality management.

Responsible for on time, on budget installations of nuclear equipment, modernizations and services at customer locations globally. Work with cross functional teams to develop the installation scope on a per project basis to assure success. Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct detailed walk-downs of equipment and site. Attend customer meetings to assist sales staff. Prepare installation quotations for equipment at nuclear facilities utilizing best practices and tools to optimize installation schedule. Assist in the field and support manufacturing efforts when necessary.

Perform maintenance and repairs on electric overhead traveling cranes at varied customer locations, as directed. Be available on-call as part of service office rotation and provide after hours service, as required. Conduct extensive on-site electrical, mechanical and electronic troubleshooting to determine cause for equipment malfunction and establish the necessary repairs utilizing visual inspection, test procedures and appropriate test equipment. Perform a general safety audit prior to completion of work, documenting that all required safety features are functional or documenting deficiencies and attaching a deficiency tag to the crane. Generate sales leads during service calls and report to service office, following established guidelines. Read, understand and apply the contents of all OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI and other codes or regulations pertaining to our industry. Refresh and update knowledge periodically. Complete service reports and other required and appropriate documents in a professional, accurate, neat and legible manner and submit same in a timely manner and in accordance with established guidelines.
