Resolute Hospital Billing team. Project work focused on reimbursement contracts and automation. Handled customer escalations and received several awards for this work. Attended management seminars held at Epic on topics such as managing unacceptable behavior, earning trust, and emotional intelligence. Read several books, the most enlightening of which were Your Brain at Work and First, Break all the Rules.

Resolute Hospital Billing team. Project work on bad debt, coordinating background processes, and Intraconnect (EMFI and Charge Homing). Experience with M, C#, VB, XSLT, HTML, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript, which continued through other Epic positions. C# and some M experience was working with Intraconnect's SOAP web services. Received an internal award for the Intraconnect work.
