I am an outgoing, motivated professional that has a great attention to detail. I was born and raised in a home of a small business owner. I have watched my whole life what it takes to make a business successful and the effort and determination it takes. I currently am a Construction Manager of Clearwave Fiber a fast growing internet provider. I also am a Senior Pastor of a church in Southern Illinois. I spend everyday positioning myself to grow and develop as a leader. I may be a manager but my approach is also that of a servant that feels that the satisfaction of staff and customers are a huge step towards success
