My responsibilities includes: Ensuring that HSE is given the highest priority at the site, Training of site personnel, Promoting HSE in all site work activities at OML58, Representing HSE for enforcement of safe practices in OML58, Initiating and supervision of drills in line with site “drill plan” and approved scenarios’ in accordance with company rules , Providing HSE advice to Production Manager (OPM) in Obagi Flow Station and Obite Gas Plant, Ensuring the sustenance of ISO 14001 in OML58, Ensuring that actions decided by management are diligently completed, Auditing/inspecting of work sites to ensure HSE procedures and best safety practices are implemented, Coordinates all parties (TOTAL Production team, Maintenance and Contractor personnel.) in line with TOTAL Permit To Work procedure to ensure best safety practice. Leading and development of JRA reports, Liaise with external auditor to ensure success in all site audit, Work with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance, Develop specific procedures as might be required for safe operation, Develop and update EMS manual, Aspect Register, Legal and other compliance register, Ensuring that persons involve in PTW process are adequately trained in line with the company procedure on PTW system (TEPNG and Contractor personnel), Certification and Inspection of scaffold for site operation, Managing anomalies and ensuring timely closure and other duties as might assigned by management.
