I took the food orders in person as well as by phone and was trusted to deal with transactions. I had to make sure all the orders were correct once ready to give to the customers.Some skills i learned and improved whilst working there were:- Improved communication skills- Confidence in own ability to do something- Team worker- Improved punctuality

This was a 2 week work experience taking place in 2011 during year 10. Some activities I did whilst there were: • Learnt how to construct a bike• Took instructions from management • Gave advice to customers• Stocked shelves • Cleaned the shop • Worked as part of a team
