As the Sr. Advisor of Philanthropy of Lesson of the Day, I'm excited to work on a team looking to not just improve one non-profit, but simultaneously uplift them all with what will be a free revolutionary application of AI that will unlock the educational and awareness potential of any mission based organization.Prior to this amazing opportunity, I served as the CEO of the Joe Torre Safe At Home Foundation, working to to empower our organization to passionately and faithfully execute its mission: To provide healing and hope to children exposed to violence and abuse. By working with communities, schools and philanthropic partners, Safe At Home succeeds by placing people at the center of the solution, creating safe places to share their stories, express themselves creatively and ultimately to help end generational cycles of violence and trauma. Prior to joining Safe At Hope, I was the Chief Development Officer for the Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF). In this capacity, I provided strategic direction and operational leadership for the foundation's revenue generation efforts in support of the world’s leading prostate cancer research organization. Before PCF, I held the role of National Director for Autism Speaks--the largest autism science and advocacy organization in the world today raising over $60 million annually for Autism research and services for the autism community nationwide.
