As the Vice President of Distribution for a national logistics and data consulting firm, I am responsible for multiple facets of the business, to include Human Resources and Professional Development, Contract Management, Budgeting, Client Relations, and Project Management. - Successfully launched eight East Coast distributions in partnership with local newspapers to deliver market specific advertising on a weekly basis- Directly supervise all East Coast remote site Circulation Managers, indirectly supervise over 120 independent delivery contractors- Assisted in developing remote site policies and procedures to set the standards for which remote facilities operate on a daily basis- Maintain crucial customer service standards in all remote markets to ensure timely and corrective responses to all client’s needs- Developed auditing procedures to monitor remote sites and confirm company policies are followed - Attained “Employee of the Year” award for 2011

- Reduced shrink percentage from a .90% to .55% my first year in Norfolk, resulting in approx. $13,000 company savings; subsequent shrink percentages were reduced to a .35% and a .15% resulting in an additional $25,000 brought to the store’s bottom line- Implemented a “pulled shoe” program to decrease external theft attempts as well as increase employee awareness of correct sizes sold in pairs- Revamped company auditing program to maximize efficiencies by store Loss Prevention personnel- Enforced company loss awareness programs with all store employees within Hampton Roads area(4 stores)- Attained “Employee of the Month” award for three consecutive months in the Virginia Region
