Channel Manager for the D&D actual-play podcast brand - "Tales From The Stinky Dragon". Day to day responsibilities include:- Primary point of contact and responsibility for all questions & needs for the channel- Steward the creative vision and quality of the brand, including managing showrunners and content creators to develop new productions and events - Establish needs around production, merch, and brand deals focusing on the channel- Work alongside the Content Director to assess channel performance & needs and execute on strategy for specific shows.

- Work with Supervising Producers/Showrunners to develop work pipelines and execute strategies andshow portfolios- Research new methods and software to unify projects and Supervising Producer communications- Develop content & brand strategy across tabletop gaming shows- Ensure tabletop creative and production stays on track and aligns with goals for gaming productions- Adjust teams to the needs of production under the tabletop gaming content slate- Build, track, and actualize tabletop gaming show budgets

- Managed multiple internal and external projects from conception to release- Collaborated with stakeholders to establish and measure KPIs on multiple productions- Created and tracked production timelines, collaborating with internal & external business units (marketing, agencies, finance, etc) Development teams, and Creative teams to ensure timelines and budgets remained on target- Built, tracked, and actualized multiple production budgets- Led teams in transitioning existing content to a remote production environment without interrupting release schedules, while continuing to develop new content

- Cut content using Adobe Creative Suite software for weekly release- Associate produced multiple gaming and infotainment productions

- Served as camera operator on all live and pre-recorded studio shows- Assisted in set-up and teardown of all live and pre-recorded studio shows- Assisted in creative producing for studio shows- Assistant Editing as needed for preparing weekly broadcast shows- Acted as backup studio floor director

PurposeResponsible for assisting and guiding over 70,000 university faculty, staff, students, and affiliates with general questions and problems regarding software, hardware, networking, central IT services, and the university information technology infrastructure.Essential FunctionsAct as a first point of contact for university faculty and staff to assess problems, determine root causes, and provide advice for remediation or referral to the next support tier. Provide second tier support for supported services by responding directly to tickets, offering technical guidance to team members, and training with assigned experts. Offer technical guidance to part-time student and/or hourly employees and other team members. Act as a liaison to higher tier support partners and departmental IT units to improve Help Desk support for associated services, provide expert-level support on said services, and create a mutually-beneficial feedback loop between the Help Desk and support partners.
