While doing this, I remained flexible to the customers’ needs and requirements.As a project lead, I successfully managed a team that concurrently turned out 3 automated test systems that used TestStand/LabVIEW, in combination with a host test instruments. While doing this, I remained flexible to the customers’ needs and requirements.

Served in positions of leadership where I gained experience with communicating effectively and instructing others while serving in this capacity.Designed, programmed, and implemented a MS Access database that use 76 fields per record having over 100 records generated per week to record and report key numbers to the mission president.

The White House Communications Agency (WHCA) is a one-of-a-kind military unit dedicated to providing premier, worldwide, vital information services and communications support to the President of the United States and his staff.I deployed on 91 Presidential missions for 450 days, engineering networks that provided satellite and radio communications, secure video conferencing, secure & non-secure phone service, Internet and email services, to areas that did not previously have these services.Engineered five new communication systems to ensure they interfaced with existing systems and met current and future requirements.Frequently provided training to help others to achieve significant improvements in their productivity.

Provided outstanding leadership in how to upgrade an IDNX 90 to a Promina 800 multiplexer. As a team we designed, installed, and configured the new hardware that made up the Promina 800.Re-engineered existing systems to provide new capabilities that we could then make available to our users. This saved our unit money as well as valuable time in upgrades.Proven to be an absolutely invaluable resource in the art of making and repairing cables to be used in new and older systems because of my knowledge of civilian and military cabling standards.
