I help veterinary clinics manage and troubleshoot their cloud based SQL software. At times I'm querying for information, others I'm teaching and instructing based on capabilities and suggestions.

I work mainly as a customer service representative. I am usually the first and last person the customer sees if they enter into our department and check out there. I handle any questions, special orders, keg orders, cashiering, recommendations, and overall customer relations. Its my job to make each customer feel welcome and comfortable and hopefully a repeat visitor.
