I have worked for many years with children in a variety of settings. Some of the skills I have are developing relationships with children and their families, behavior management, and programming child friendly projects in a variety of settings. One of my passions I utilize at my current job is helping the children deal with conflict management, leadership, responsibility as well as mentorship. I want to continue to mentor as my career path moves on.

During my tenure as a Kindergarten aide, I was given a lot of responsibility of setting up the classroom, performing Assessments like PALS and E-CAP, classroom management either playground or cafeteria, and substitute teaching unsupervised if necessary. I have also experience maintaining records like field trip forms, lunch money, attendence, and money for special purchase i.e. book fairs...
