Hello, my name is Benjamin Flaherty. I am a third year law student at Quinnipiac University School of Law. My primary areas of interest include family law litigation, criminal defense, and civil rights advocacy. At Quinnipiac, I am the president of the Outlaws Affinity Group for LGBTQ+ students and their allies. Furthermore, I am a competing member on both Quinnipaic's Society Dispute Resolution and Mock Trial teams. Experience clerking Court and working as a both certified legal intern and summer law clerk have given me the knowledge and experience necessary to provide the highest level of legal services to a broad range of clients. I am excited to continue to expand my knowledge of the legal profession, both through my studies and future work experiences.
