I am currently serving as a project manager, supporting change management and communication activities for an enterprise initiative called “Global Business Transformation”, which is responsible for implementing and transitioning our caregivers to three cloud-based technologies (Oracle, Ivalua and Strata). Previously, I managed logistic activities for key international accounts while serving as an expatriate in the Middle East. I also have significant experience in OR operations and managed anesthesia support activities for more than 130 operating and procedural areas at one of the largest medical facilities in northeast Ohio. From 2001 thru 2006 I served as an intelligence analyst the United States Marine Corps. In 2015 I earned my MBA with a focus in health care management. Currently, I am working towards my PMP. I have a wide range of interests and enjoy learning new things. I also enjoy being challenged and have a proven ability to work effectively in a variety of roles and environments. I am comfortable serving as a leader or a team member and recognize the importance of being flexible and effective in both capacities. Most importantly, I believe in the value of collaboration and teamwork and work to ensure not just my own success, but the success of others.
