Hi everyone,I am currently a student at Northcentral Technical College. I am currently in the Business Management Associates program. Once I finish my Assocaites I plan to transfer my credits to into the UW system to finish out my bachelor's in business management. Over the summers I work for 3M as a general laborer performing general clean up and sampling operations. When I was in high school, I took a class that was a student operated metal fabrication business called Mosinee Manufacturing. That class was my motivation to enter my business management program. When I was in high school, I was the operation's manager for that high school student ran business class. I handled all design, ordering, customers relations, human resources and job supervision. I also helped with welding, and I did rather well at it. I entered into the NTC welding competition and earned first place for my welding and design work also I earned 2nd place in NTC machining competition all while in high school. Currently I am in the BPA (Business Professionals of America) club at NTC, and I won the state competition and am going to nationals for my business plan. At NTC I have completed my marketing, lean management class, project planning class, principles of manufacturing and almost all of my office classes. All of which are vital skills for a business manager.
