Over 20 years of Service experience, from shop floor to Operations Supervisor, from Supermarkets to Global IT Network Operation Centres, understanding customer wants and needs, and translating to Business Value is my area of focus.Having scattered experience of not just IT (Service Desk, Network and Server Administration, Web Development and Programming) but of Change, Risk and Service Management, I am in the position to appreciate all functions involved in a process, and how effective Digital Literacy leads to efficient outcomes, making resources available for more complex projects.I believe in the approach 'Team of Leaders' to establish and grow a culture that believes in itself and each other to aspire for the next evolution, but it all starts with the team understanding why a customer wants, or does not want, the product.Always make myself available to help organisations navigate the world of Digital Transformation.
