Hi there, thank you for viewing my profile.I offer 4 years and counting of experience in Secondary Education, English as an Additional Language Education and Mature Student Education. Outside of the classroom, I offer 6 years of coaching both youth and adults across various sports including football, basketball and running. I also co-founded an after school workout program for students.From my teaching and coaching experience, I recognize the importance of working within a team in order to support those you are in service to. I do my very best to work collaboratively with my colleagues, students and athletes in order to create a strong sense of community within my workspace with a mutual agreement on what success looks like as a unit and individually. From there, I work to bring in new ideas, projects, lessons and models of delivery to my team in order to keep my team engaged and actively interested in achieving the goals we have set together, as well as to support them in achieving the goals they have set for themselves.Thank you again for taking the time to view my profile.
