I am a Hiring Manager at iD Tech. I am responsible for hiring, training, and managing amazing Java and C++ programmers as well as game designers and camp directors to work at the best summer job ever! I have been a Director, and now Hiring Manager for iD Tech and have seen first hand, the impact our staff make in the daily lives of both campers and staff. As a former swim teacher, I have a passion for early childhood education and making a meaningful impact on others' lives. That is what I love about working at iD Tech. I worked as a swim instructor, teaching students from 2 months old all the way up to adults. I moved up to Deck manager, and would work training new teachers,interacting with parents and making sure the pool deck was safe. My last three years I worked as a Director, and would oversee the entire site for the day. I would manage more that 25 teachers, deck managers, front office and cleaning crew during the weekends as well as take any parent concerns. I also would do performance reviews for staff, and help mentor/train staff to get them to the next promotion
