As a member of the high performing team at Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club, I am skilled at providing unforgettable experiences to our members. We consistently add value to our members’ lives and strive to make routine visits to our club ones they will never forget. Coupled with my academic pursuits for a Bachelor’s of Science in Resort and Hospitality Administration, I have gained skills in Revenue Management, Team Leadership, Communication (both oral and written), and cross-functional collaboration. I am able to use my skills in Revenue Management to assist the Dockmaster with monthly billing and mitigating inventory shrinkage, averaging approximately $200-$600 monthly. My skills in oral and written communication have allowed me to effectively communicate with my membership body and fully understand what their needs are and how to best fulfill them. Finally, my skills in cross-functional collaboration have allowed me to effectively collaborate with other departments to help build positive member experiences across the club.
