 COMPASS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLResponsibilities:• Internal customer service; triage facilities requests, identify possible solutions, confirm internal support for proposed course of action, execute and provide updates to requesting party of project status• Maintain the Facilities helpdesk request queue and address requests promptly; provide status updates to people submitting requests• Conduct and document regular facilities inspections by outside parties and appropriately respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures• Complete simple preventative maintenance and equipment life-cycle service requirements and/or identify need for facilities and equipment servicing and alert appropriate vendors• Assist with ensuring compliance to health and safety standards and industry codes• Coordinate and manage vendors that provide facility services and supplies such as security, cleaning and waste disposal including obtaining/reviewing quotes when needed• Help identify options to allocate facility space for maximum efficiency• Coordinate intra-office moves (through outside vendors when appropriate)• Create/review reports of facility-related issues, projects, needs, expenses, contracts, etc.• Complete intra-day cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth ongoing operations within the facility (e.g. replacing lights, set up for meetings, light assembly, hanging pictures, periodic errands w/• company vehicle, etc.)Coordinate with building management to address occupant needs (e.g. climate control)• Other duties as assigned

Identifying problems and shortcomings with existing systems. Co-ordinating testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation. Producing or assisting in the production of all test and commissioning documentation. Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site requirements. Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site test dossier. Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary site performance in accordance with project programme requirements.

Ensure the smooth daily operation and guest appeal of the hotel. Within the hotel;direct the maintenance staff on small repairs, such as patching drywall, fixing faulty wiring, or unclogging drains. Deals with complex problems arising and consult blueprints or product manuals in order to fix major facilities/equipments.Facility maintenance management.Act as supervisor of maintenance workers, and these professionals hire, train, and mentor staff. Responsible for the evaluation of staff member's cumulative performance, noting areas for improvement.Planned and budget material and labor expenses and submit these assessments to the hotel manager.

Overall responsible for building facilities maintenance and operation such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing, or arranging for repairs of all building operating systems on the site. Coordinate contractor, tenant and management approvals for work orders that require the use of an outside contractor. Maintain log of work order details.Perform all assigned work so as to ensure the safety of the building’s tenants and the continuous operation of the site.Conduct periodic general preventative maintenance on the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. This involves normal lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, replacement of consumable parts (such as filters, indicator lights, etc.), and periodic testing of the equipment. These systems include, but are not limited to; air handling units (including both rooftop and built-up units), re-circulating air systems, water pumping systems, cooling plant and all plumbing system components. Also conduct general building maintenance, as needed.

Organizing, leading, facilitating, and managing industrial equipment processes, as well lean and continuous improvement projects to enhance the equipment throughout,Providing production support of automated assembly equipment, managing the installation and qualification of new assembly equipment,Support production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and equipment uptime, focusing on automation.Design and/or specify tooling requirements to support manufacturing processes.Assist with training of maintenance and production personnel.

Be the shift in-charge of the maintenance in the building regarding on electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and industrial.Monitoring the building operation of 2 substation (1,760KVA) and it's generators (1,500KW, 350KW and 400KW).Monitoring the building operation of all the deep-well pumps, centripetal riser pumps, submersible pumps, hydro-pneumatic pumps, sump pumps, hot water pumps, fire pump and jockey pump. Monitoring centralized air-conditioning system of the building. It's set point and chilled water temperature. Checking all compressors and air-handling units of all floors. - Monitoring heat generation system of the building. Checking operation of the boilers, water heater tank, feed water pump and it' hot water temperatures. - Monitoring liquid oxygen status of the building. Checking medical oxygen supply
