I was responsible for all kitchen duties as the sole chef on shift (for around 1/3rd of my time working here. Duties included preparing bar meals, monitoring, and ordering of stock and training up new members of staff indicating my leadership skills. I followed all safety and hygiene regulations under pressure. When required I helped in the bar. This role helped me to develop strong multi-tasking skills, team leadership skills and an ability to cope with high customer demand.
