I establish cash flow and expense schedules baseline based on the agreed program and complete a joint measure… Show more As a Project manager i manage the delivery of assigned civil infrastructure projects and activities through budgeting, programming, monitoring expenditure, controlling and reviewing priorities. As leader of the Project Team, prepare tender prices, provide expert specialist input and advice into construction and maintenance processes, production rates, unit rates and local information. I establish cash flow and expense schedules baseline based on the agreed program and complete a joint measure up of works completed to establish the quantity of work completed. Submit progress payments based on the jointly agreed quantity of work completed. i also provide operational expertise to the business unit, on construction and operational matters relating to road and bridge civil infrastructure projects and implement and utilise project management techniques and management systems to assist in enhancing project performance. I ensure all quality, safety and environment management procedures are adhered to and facilitate the delivery of road projects to a high and consistent standard for both Transport and Main Roads and clients. I undertake contract administration of contracts with the client, subcontractors and suppliers.• Identify, analyse and provide creative solutions to problems and liaise and communicate effectively with project staff. I Capture and share project outcomes and learnings, implement and foster best practice technology and project management methodologies within Transport and Main Roads.Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders and RoadTek Resource Managers on work availability and plant programming and prioritising requirements through the Senior Project Manager. I Act in accordance with the Queensland Public Service legislative framework and Code of Conduct.
