I successfully tripled the number of players and increased weekly income by 195% in my time in this role.- Launched Free Wills scheme and grew legacy pipeline from less than 10 to over 250 interested donors and pledgers.- Handling all legacy enquiries, promoting gifts in wills internally and externally and managing all administrative processes for the Free Wills scheme. - Contributing to the planning and running of several special Legacy focused events for 50-70 supporters at a time, creating a new range of gifts in wills materials and creating a legacy video which is still widely used by the team 3 years later. - Leading on, and supporting with various Direct Marketing campaigns covering all aspects of the process including copy writing, case study development, briefing and liaising with design agencies, managing segmentation and data generation, analysing and reporting on results during and after completion of campaigns. This included our Big Spring Raffle in 2017 which resulted in record income of more than £22,000, an almost £10,000 year on year increase.
