Current-Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of company wide engineering processes and standards such as non-conformance reports, engineering drawing templates, part numbering schemes and drawing trees-Design and manufacturing of a hybrid rocket engine test platform-Perform quality control inspections on relevant parts to verify that drawing requirements are met-Developed an optimized part manufacturing process which reduced the number of machining setups by 50% and reduced the number of personnel required from two to one-Operation of a large format pellet extrusion additive manufacturing system-Creation and maintenance of a database to store process parameters, slicing/toolpath generation files, and print quality information-Development of a custom python script that generates an optimized toolpath to reduce the number of defects by 90%-Assessed nominal machine performance and recommended additional equipment to be purchased. The additional equipment reduced the number of build failures by >50%.-Developed and implemented a test plan which varied several process parameters to determine which parameters result in maximum part density-Created a machine operation and maintenance checklist to guarantee print to print part quality
