I manage multiple workers on a day-to-day basis to achieve our goals and give the best customer service to the patrons at the ballpark. I became very flexible in this job helping out wherever I can when short-staffed.

I took a summer internship at the Chicago District Tennis Association where I performed many jobs such as research and setting up tennis events, helping organize their files and information in their Excel files, contributing to weekly discussions with the whole team to bounce ideas off each other and update on the tasks that are being worked on.
