CurrentOld South Construction predominantly installs single-ply roofing membranes (typically Duro-Last PVC membranes) on large commercial and industrial sized properties with low-sloped or flat roof systems. We specialize in building/installing total roof systems including the substrate beneath the roof, the insulation, the roof membrane itself, the curb and wall flashings, and all of the edge metal, gutters, and downspouts required to drain a roof. We offer custom-engineered tapered insulation solutions that allow for positive draining of rain water off of low-sloped roof decks, which also reduces the energy consumption required for a building to maintain its temperature.
