In my current position I review title reports and identify potential issue and then initiate resolution if necessary. I prepare documents and file with the District Clerks as well as County Clerks throughout the state of Texas necessary to facilitate Foreclosure proceedings. Work closely with Attorneys and Clients to meet deadlines. Work closely with other others in a team atmosphere to insure that procedures are followed and timeframes are met.

As a Realtor I actively solicited business and worked with both homeowners looking to sell as well as homebuyers looking to find their dream home or their next best investment. Worked with sellers or buyers from start to finish, facilitating the process keeping the customer informed every step of the way to insure that no matter was ever overlooked. I worked directly with other real estate agents and builder sales representatives negotiating the sale insuring that my client’s interest was my greatest concern.

My role in the Closing Department at Option One Mortgage Corp. started out as a closer, where I would prepare documents and close in excess of 100 transactions each month including communication with Title Companies, HUD review and revisions, wiring of funds and the subsequent funding of transaction. Shipping of the closed loan files to corporate was also a responsibility. When I became the team lead of the department closing still fell within my responsibilities however added to that was hiring and training of other associates within the department. Working closely with the other departments inside of the office was paramount to the success of the office. As a leader in the department it was vastly important to insure that the line of communication with the client was always open, listening to concerns and accommodating special request.
