Walk the line and supervise workers. Provide help on various stations when it is needed. Fill out production and holding sheets throughout the shift.

While working, my responsibilities include running the register, interacting with customer face-to-face to complete their order, as well as answer any phone calls to set up large catering orders for office lunches or meetings. During downtime, I am to keep the Front and the Dining Room looking presentable. Once in a while, Driftwood will be catering a large scale event and will need to recruit some of it's own employees.

Take pizza orders over the phone, and at the register, as well as make the order. Help count money at the end of each night, and occasionally help with ordering product while boss was gone for military drill. Train new employees, and supervise over shift groups.
