Project management for new program launches (per Phase PPAP milestones), RFQ’s, process layouts, pricing and tooling investments, project team coordination by establishing roles and responsibilities, managing budget and coordination meetings to meet customer and tooling deliverables for DV and PV testing to meet customer pilot builds, to achieve full customer program approval. Also in charge of coordinating engineering changes and continuous improvements, process engineering, prototype builds, quality engineering support, review of CMM reports to validate product condition for die buy-offs and welding/assembly line verification. Follow up of customer rejects/concerns to find the root cause of the problem, implement containment actions to ensure further non-conformities reach the customer. Development of process FMEA, Control plan, process flow and work instructions. Responsible for Nissan, Daimler and Chrysler programs for quality driven milestones in the PPAP phases to guarantee the product meets the customer process, testing and dimensional requirements. Problem resolutions, direct customer support, containment and clean point definition. RCA and corrective actions implementations and follow-up with the customer, continuous improvement to current products, LPA's and product audits, definition of criteria for products per customer requirements. Engineering changes validation for Chrysler programs, PV and dimensional testing, Control Plan creation based on PFMEA criteria, Visual Aids, PDRs, tooling validation per customer specific requirements.
