My main tasks during this internship were performing oil leakage analysis on seals, vibrational analysis on turbine wheels, and turbo to turbo performance variation analysis. I also lead bi-weekly review meetings to determine the root cause of turbine housing cracking. Lastly, I designed a fixture to more accurately measure compressor radial end play.
