Responsible for the supervision, management, and oversight of the daily activities of American Job Center (AJC) which provides required Federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services and employment programming.

Executes different analytics to ensure the completeness, quality, and consistency of data used for analytics across systems. Work across departments to understand inputs and ensure reliability while providing feedback/recommendations to improve quality. Evaluate historical/new data streams to ensure consistency when translating to business results.

Provides support to a variety of projects within the Data Modeling Group, Workforce Development, and the Health Division, working in content areas such as the workforce development system, regulatory enforcement, and the rulemaking process. Develops and utilizes dashboards, reports, infographics, and presentations and/or conducts 1:1 and group interactions to share information. Identifies potential issues and trends within the program and works with the team to develop improvement strategies. Provides day-to-day support and technical assistance in implementation and monitoring activities

Provided strategic development, implementation and execution to the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult, Youth and Dislocated Worker Program in various locations throughout Montgomery County, Maryland. Worked as the liaison for performance metrics for Montgomery County and the State of Maryland to ensure all vendors were in compliance and exceeding contract goals. Predominately focused on overseeing daily operations and exceeding goals by developing numerous tracking systems using Salesforce to monitor data validation and data input. Implemented new processes and procedures to establish exceptional performance results that will benefit the culture of each contract. Manages quality assurance team and executes data-driven tasks that have high expectations and strict deadlines.

Manage and fulfill online advertising campaigns for B2B and B2C marketers alike, using digital ad trafficking programs such as Doubleclick for Publishers, Adbook and Salesforce. Provide in depth reports on various measures of traffic which our websites, e-letters, and email blasts were producing. Regularly provides clients with updates on the progress of their advertising campaigns.
