The system was designed to reduce operational risk, increase efficiency and facilitate five plus years growth. Implemented in 2012 it is still successfully in use in 2021.

The objective was to facilitate exponential growth whilst maintaining efficiency, this was achieved as the company grew from 20 to 450 staff in under two years achieving a turnover of £90m.
