As the Chairman of Emergency Medicine at Norwalk Hospital, I lead a team of over 100 physicians, nurses, and staff who provide high-quality and compassionate care to over 45,000 patients annually. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of emergency medicine, and I hold an M.D from UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and a B.S in Biology from Rutgers University. In my current role, I oversee the departmental operations, strategic planning, performance improvement, and clinical decision unit. I am proficient in electronic health records (EHR), treatment, and patient safety, and I have contributed to multiple publications and presentations on these topics. I am passionate about improving the delivery and outcomes of emergency care, and I collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to achieve this mission.
