Working with a range of Key, Growth and Development accounts in the Print industry, providing the correct materials across a wide range of print media, from magazines and books to interior wall coverings and large format print. Working remotely from home and visiting the main office once a week plus any team meetings. My focus was to maintain strong client relationships through a reliable service teamed with trustworthy and knowledgeable advice. A typical week would consist of arranging visits/meetings to various accounts in order to address any issues and discuss resolutions, present relevant new products and to update my data with regards to any lost business, new opportunity and areas of growth. This information would then be compiled as a report to be distributed to the sales director on a monthly basis. In addition to this report, any relevant market and industry developments and information along with core competitor activity was also included to be discussed at the team meetings.

Great transition from retail sales with a luxury brand to B2B sales of a premium brand. I took on a territory to prospect and grow the Mercedes brand in commercial sales. Time split between the showroom and onsite visits, presenting products and negotiating sales to meet the customer and at the same time, the business objectives. This was enabled utilising and keeping an up to date CRM system, finance platform and a product configuration tool.
