As co-founder and CEO of the International Association for Jungian Coaches and Consultants (IAJCC), I aim to establish benchmarks in Jungian coaching and consulting while offering like-minded professionals a supportive community and a place to call home. My vision is to foster a nurturing environment where practitioners and clients alike can thrive through robust support, educational initiatives, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Before co-founding the IAJCC and launching Inari, a coaching consultancy with an emphasis on social dreaming and Jungian coaching, my work as an international project manager and coach served as significant stepping stones in my career path. From diverse roles in government and international teams worldwide, I've been driven to explore how psychology can enhance modern, intercultural, and global work environments. With an INSEAD Executive Master in Change and a coaching approach rooted in Jung's Analytical Psychology, I am equipped to drive individual and organisational development, effecting meaningful change within organisations.
