I provide information to private or small groups of parents about home safety, the prevention of accidents, and how to respond should an emergency occur.

I used BMC Remedy to enter data pertaining to company assets, tracking movement of assets, and maintaining accurate electronic asset records.I managed company contracts by creating, sorting, and filing all documents pertaining to each contract. I verified the completeness of all company contract records by performing regular file checks and updates, and taking action to resolve discrepancies discovered while performing updates. I Managed the asset refresh Process, by tracking and coordinating the return of asset at lease end and requesting procurement for new devices using BMC Remedy to track asset life cycle. I streamlined the Asset Refresh process by scheduling recurring tasks into a weekly/monthly process, successfully reducing the time frame this process took to complete. I deployed surplus software licenses and coordinated the procurement of new software licenses if needed, using BMC Remedy Software.I was responsible for managing over 30,000 company assets. I coordinated the procurement of new company assets and their proper deployment into the field.

My duties included but were not limited to tracking and monitoring the movement and location of all company assets using proprietary company software.Determining if company equipment was still useful based on equipment life cycle and reports on the regular use of that equipment. Testing and reviewing asset tracking software to ensure it met user requirements and worked with development team to request requirement changes.Oversee and participate in routine company asset inventory procedures, and taking steps to resolve discrepancies when they are identified.Regularly reviewing the company inventory procedures and improve them by defining which assets need to be monitored.I Developed and implemented new guidelines for equipment tracking system to vary reporting from broad overview to user-defined detail. I worked with the CFO to ensure proper payment for leased equipment and maintenance contracts.
