I partner with clients across sectors to deliver significant performance improvements. I am a Partner in our Boston office and a leader in our Transformation and People and Organizational Performance practices. I have launched and led multiple large, complex, global transformations and helped build the capabilities of our clients' leaders. I am also the Global Leader for People and Organizational Performance Assets, which includes Organizational Health Index (OHI), OrgLab, and McKinsey Academy, our center of excellence for capability building that has reached over 1 Million participants. Before joining McKinsey, I worked in Investment Banking where I worked across sectors on a broad range of financial transactions.Outside of McKinsey, I serve on the board of advisors of the Museum of Science, Boston. I enjoy live music, skiing, spending time outdoors with my family, and cheering for the Boston Celtics.
