Joining my family’s business has allowed me to expand on my grandfather’s legacy – to contribute to the long-term success of the company he built more than 60 years ago. Like all members of Halpern’s third generation, I joined the company as a regional property manager, which instilled in me not only a foundation of knowledge about our properties but also a deep appreciation and respect for our tenants and the many collaborators who help us thrive. Now, as Regional Leasing Director, I focus on building lasting relationships with tenants and retail brokers to enhance the value and vitality of Halpern's diverse portfolio and fulfill my family’s commitment to providing attractive leasing opportunities for local, regional, and national retailers.
