Major responsibilities:- Manager of a team of 5 people; - Board member of various entities (SOPARFI and Funds/GPs) active in real estate or private equity;- NAV calculation and financial reporting (IFRS / Lux GAAP) of cross-border real estate funds and structures, including consolidation, equity method, multi-currency structures;- Assisting clients on transactions, determining or reviewing the financial aspects of : acquisitions and disposals, share deals, portfolio sales, joint ventures, etc;- Communication and coordination with clients and internal/external parties (auditors, tax specialists, lawyers); - Liaising with transfer pricing experts for the implementation and update of arm’s length remunerations within real estate structures;- Reviewing and/or revising legal documents and agreements; - Meeting potential new clients;- Interviewing potential candidates;- Project management for improving procedures and processes;- Assisting with the implementation of new IT solutions within the company (e.g. Yardi).
