• Commander of a forward-deployed United States Army Military Police Company. Managed and led a large, complex cross-functional team of 170 law enforcement professionals and support personnel.• Managed complex operations moving $30 million in defense equipment across international borders in support of NATO maneuvers in Germany, Poland, and Hungary. Planned and led fast-paced operations that resulted in strategic deterrence of foreign aggression on NATO’s eastern border and enhanced international security.• Planned and executed first-responder operations on U.S. overseas military installations during the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating ability to solve unprecedented challenges. Implemented and enforced public health measures for a community of over 20,000 servicemembers and families, resulting in low disease transmission rates and the preservation of health and safety within the community.

• Commander of a Military Police Company responsible for the security of the military’s only maximum-security prison. Selected over a dozen senior applicants as the youngest manager in the organization. Led a large, complex cross-functional team of 160 correctional specialists.• Worked with behavioral health & psychiatric staff and legal experts to implement interpersonal skills & conflict management training with my employees, enabling them to safely supervise and care for over 700 violent offenders without injury or incident.• Managed immense, complex organizational change and challenges. Resourced and implemented training for my employees to conduct security operations in support of the International Security & Assistance Force-Afghanistan.

• Designed and delivered transformative education for over 100 seventh graders in one of the nation’s most economically disadvantaged counties; doubled state reading test scores.• Built community investment with parents, educators, and local businesses and elected officials, resulting in over $50,000 in grants and equipment for the athletic teams I coached.
