I have just relocated to Essex and have taken a job at Premier Inn currently working as a night team member in Brentwood. I am in charge and responsible for the safety of in house guests and protection of the building at night. One of the many duties of a night team member is counting and handling money ready to be banked. Whilst looking for a permanent role, I took a position at Wagamama restaurant in Chichester. My role included seating guests, taking orders and note of allergies whilst promoting seasonal items on the menu. I also helped maintain the restaurant floor to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all our customers

In this role I was responsible for taking sales, customer service and maintaining the premises including the forecourt. I was also entrusted to deliver employee training to new staff and covering neighbouring sites when needed.
